These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales of tickets, professional badges, exhibition stands, sponsorship spaces, and related services made via the official website www.msis2026.com
They constitute a contract between the ESTEM MOROCCO Association, organizer of the MOROCCO SOCIAL IMPACT SUMMIT (MSIS) 2026 (hereinafter “the Organizer”) and any natural or legal person making a purchase (hereinafter “the Customer”).
1. OBJECT
These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for :

registration and booking
-
payment
-
cancellation and refunds
-
participation in the event
-
liability
-
dispute resolution
They apply to all services offered as part of the MOROCCO SOCIAL IMPACT SUMMIT (MSIS) 2026.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any confirmed order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions before confirming payment.
By participating in MSIS 2026, each exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, or visitor expressly authorizes the Organizer to use, reproduce, and distribute their image, name, brand, and any visual content captured during the event for the purposes of communication, promotion, or exploitation of the event, on any media and worldwide, for the applicable legal period of protection.
3. REGISTRATION & RESERVATION PROCESS
3.1 Ticketing & Badges
Registration is done via an online form on the website: www.msis2026.com
The Customer is liable for any inaccurate or incomplete information.
Registration is final after:
-
form validation
-
payment confirmation
3.2 Booth Reservation / Sponsorship
The reservation becomes binding after:
-
signing of the contract or purchase order
-
payment of the requested deposit
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration in the event of incorrect information or activity that does not comply with the values and image of MSIS 2026.
4. PRICES
Rates are indicated in local currency (MAD) as specified on the official website: www.msis2026.com
They may vary depending on :
-
the period (early bird, standard, late booking)
-
the availability of spaces
-
the options chosen
The applicable rate is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Bank charges and applicable taxes are specified before payment is confirmed.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made via the secure methods provided by the Organizer.
Depending on the nature of the service:

Immediate full payment (tickets/badges)
-
Payment in several installments (stands/sponsorship)
In the event of late payment:
-
The Organizer may suspend services
-
Cancel the reservation without refunding any sums already paid
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of refusal of payment by the Customer's bank.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 Cancellation by the Customer
All requests must be made in writing.

Visitor tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Deposits paid for booths are non-refundable unless specifically stated in the contract.
-
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of the request.
6.2 Cancellation by the Organizer
In the event of total cancellation of the event by the Organizer:
-
The sums paid will be refunded (excluding bank and technical fees).

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Customer (transport, accommodation, logistics, etc.).
7. EVENT POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGE
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, health crisis, government decision, public unrest, etc.) :

The event may be postponed to a later date.
-
Registrations will remain valid for the new date.
No refunds will be made in the event of postponement.
8. TRANSFER
Tickets may only be transferred under the conditions specified on the website: www.msis2026.com
Stands and sponsor areas may not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of the Organizer.
9. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT / EXHIBITOR
The Customer acknowledges:

Participating under their own responsibility.

Being insured for their property, equipment, and personnel.
-
Complying with the safety rules of the event venue.
-
Complying with local standards for installation and operation.
Exhibitors are responsible for their personnel, equipment, and installations.
10. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer shall use all reasonable means to ensure the smooth running of the MOROCCO SOCIAL IMPACT SUMMIT (MSIS) 2026.
10.1 Civil liability
The Organizer has insurance covering its civil liability in accordance with the legislation in force.
10.2 Damages and losses
The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of :

theft
-
loss
-
damage
-
damage to participants' personal property.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor or participant to take out appropriate insurance.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements relating to the MOROCCO SOCIAL IMPACT SUMMIT (MSIS) 2026 (logo, brand, media, content) are protected.
Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
12. DATA PROTECTION
The data collected is used solely for:

Managing registrations
-
Communication related to the event
-
Legal obligations
In accordance with the regulations in force in Morocco, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the applicable law of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the place where the ESTEM MOROCCO Association has its registered office.
